I am greatly blesed to enjoy good health. However, being in the ministry, we are often surrounded with sickness. So many people have different views about health and wellness, but I feel that God has a lot to say about it.

There are quite a few messages, are there any in particular that you recommend?
I've had some health struggles this past year and it is NOT fun. )o: It can really make you feel useless if you aren't careful.

Actually, I liked them all, but because I get uneasy when Christians try to make "health food" part of the christian life, I like "Back to the Bible, not the garden".
I also liked "A merry heart"
I know that you know that health, comes from the Lord, but sometimes, so does illness. I am so sorry that you have had to deal with so much pain, but I can trust that God had a purpose. So its never useless.
