So often lately I've read about good Christian women and exercize. Everyone from Candy to Julie Fink to Beth Moore.
So, where does one find good, godly exercize videos? If I put on any old exercize video, my neighbors would think I was having a party!
Any ideas?

I have one here that I never use that is like "exsersize to the word" or something like that . . . I'll have to pull it out. It came from "First Place" bible studies.

I never did it, or read anything from it, just got the exsersize dvd. It isn't SPECTACULAR, but it just may be what your looking for.
