My poor bruised ego!

When I first started blogging, I never dreamed that there would be several who would visit my blog. If I number those who comment more or less regularly, there are about 10. Then, I got a stat counter. It counts unique daily visitors, repeat visitors and page loads. It was thilling to me to think that there were between 20 and 40 daily.

Well, today I investigated further. I was able to see where people were from and how long they had been at my site. Seems like a lot come from the East, most come through Mrs. B's. No names, though, so some will remain a mistery; )

There were several who were at my site for......zero seconds, 2 seconds, eight seconds. Ouch!

There are a few that come several times a day. That made me smile.

I'm one of them!! (o:

Honestly, I don't know where everyone is?! I can see from my site meter that I'm still getting quite a bit of traffic but the comments have been really low and not many are updating....I guess they're busy with real life.

Oh and you aren't going to leave us hanging are you Rhonda?! I'm waiting to read what's been brewing in your mind. (o;

Well...I sure do visit your site often enough. Well...not the past few days that is...I've been too busy painting. I don't care if I ever paint again after this week. I've been painting for 12 hours every day except for Sunday since Saturday. I'm done now and am ready to go home!! I'll be back on track by Monday I hope. Love you Sis.!!

Don't worry about the zero second visits! Sitemeter can only track how long a person is on your site from one click to the next, within your site. For instance, if someone clicks on your site (your 'homepage') and then they click to another site or close the window when they are done reading, Sitemeter records it as a "zero second" visit. IF, however, they are on your homepage and click to another page on your site (another post, archives, etc) that is when Sitemeter is able to determine how 'long' they were on your site. So you can't really go by the time it lists. :) Just thought I'd cheer you up!

For more information, log into your Sitemeter account, click on "Help" at the top of the page, and click on FAQ #4.

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope whatever you're going through is resolved. Some of the "stuff" we were going through lasted for years, and is just now being resolved through the Lord's help. I hope to post on some of these issues one of these days. I love your music. How do you do that?

Hi there! I just found your blog through ByGrace, Susan's blog. I put in my bookmarks to come back to and read more later. Very nice! I'll be coming back.

hehehe, I'm one of the ten! :~) I try to comment, but sometimes I just log into bloglines, read all the new posts, and say "I'll come back and comment later" Of course, "later" everyone's posted new things, so I forget about the first ones I was supposed to comment on, LOL! Oh, well. I do like your blog, though :)

I have your blog saved in our "favorites" file so that I can get to it easily. It thrills me also to know that there are actually people out there who read my blog! :)
